Parents and pupils will notice lots of improvements when they arrive back at school this week. We have been very busy over the summer with a number of projects to enhance academic, pastoral and boarding facilities.

As part of a wider refurbishment in the main house the surgery has relocated to bigger premises in what was the finance office and bursary. On the boarding front, the senior girls have a fabulous new bathroom and the junior girls' dormitory has received a significant makeover.

The former music school has been converted into offices and a classroom, the clock tower has been restored, and there have been a number of office moves adjacent to the dining room. We have also begun a programme of upgrading classroom IT with the installation of ten new state of the art smart boards in some of the classrooms.
