The Year 8 Leavers' Recital and drinks party for their parents is both an emotional and entertaining event, as we see how far the children have come and what they are leaving behind. This concert always generates much fun and laughter, reinforcing the bonds the children have formed during their years at Farleigh.

Everyone took part in this, their final swan song, performing jazz and percussion pieces, as well as numerous songs, including a piece written and performed by Tara, and a catchy and memorable leavers' song, entitled Farleigh Life. The latter was composed on the day by talented musician, singer and songwriter Tim Cronin (www. timcroninmusic.co.uk).

What a fabulous way for Year 8 to take their leave as the curtain falls on their prep school years.
