The children in Year 1 have been putting what they have learned about wind force into practice this week with a kite-making factory in Mr Tween’s DT department.

On Monday morning, they could be found sticking, threading and knotting to create their very own kites. The best bit though was the sight of these deliriously happy little people tearing round the playing fields and seeing how high they could make them fly.
