A Taste of Italy

It was another fabulous dinner night for the boarders who enjoyed an Italian themed meal on Monday evening.

A traditional caprese salad with toasted ciabatta was followed by fresh tagliatelle and 'tear and share' garlic pizza breads. The children chose either homemade lamb ragu, pancetta carbonara or kale and ricotta sauce to accompany their pasta. No Italian meal would be complete without a generous helping of gelato to finish, and the dulce cioccolato did not disappoint!

Mr Matthews, Deputy Head (Pastoral), said, "a big thank you to the catering team for all their hard work and for helping to create such a memorable evening for the Farleigh boarders."
