La Cena è Servita

Last week’s Boarders' Dinner Night was a fabulous foray into the delights of Italian cuisine. With not an avocado, mozzarella and tomato salad in sight, the children were encouraged to expand their dining horizons with traditional home-cooked fare. Charcuterie boards laden with Parma ham, Milano salami, rocket with parmesan, olives, bocconcini and focaccia were an absolute hit, as was the main course of sundried tomato and pesto marinated lamb, accompanied by rosemary and cannelloni bean ragu, roasted sweet potato, parmesan gnocchi and braised red cabbage, all of which was devoured by very appreciative diners. The dinner was rounded off with a child-friendly tiramisu.

Many thanks to the catering team for a wonderful meal and from all the children a big grazie mille!
